In Buddhism, Karma (from Sanskrit: “action, work”) is the force that drives saṃsāra—the cycle of suffering and rebirth for each being. Good, skillful deeds (Pali: “kusala”) and bad, unskillful (Pāli: “akusala”) actions produce “seeds” in the mind that come to fruition either in this life or in a subsequent rebirth. The avoidance of unwholesome actions and the cultivation of positive actions is called sīla. Karma specifically refers to those actions of body, speech or mind that spring from mental intent (cetanā), and bring about a consequence or phala “fruit” or vipāka “result”.
Rebirth refers to a process whereby beings go through a succession of lifetimes as one of many possible forms of sentient life, each running from conception to death.
The intent with this post is to develop a conceivable perspective of how self awareness arises and why the idea of mortality exists. The word mortality reflects our understanding that there are people that die for good. They never come back. Let me go into this concept first.
We see people as physical beings. The people we can look at are real to us. They act independently of us, appear physically different from us and exist even when we are not looking. This is what we define as real. These ‘people’ from the perspective of a human on Earth appear to be ‘human beings’. But human beings are living organisms, ‘creatures’, that are born according to circumstances on Earth and display a physicality based on genetics. This is Life. The biological forces of nature enable this. The random mating and genetic structure create the physical. It is not an ‘I’ that decided to experience the physical. It perceives its world according to the five senses, and perceives the subtle energy of ‘consciousness’ according to its sixth sense. The human body can perceive and respond to consciousness. Consciousness is a being, either self-aware or not. But the ‘consciousness’ of the human body is not perceptible. This is why scientist study it.
If a human being interacted with the environment of Earth and other human beings without any ‘consciousness’ around (any other beings, intelligences) it may perceive itself eventually, as an ‘I’. We don’t know. Because if we are chopping up human bodies to understand them, then we are not the human being. We are consciousnesses using the human being to imagine ourselves as the human. So we are having the interactions, no one is interacting with the actual human as a separate being, and it will not develop a self-awareness. This is then a mortal being who will die never knowing itself. It is partly why they say upon enlightenment, you want to die.
So Life, or God, created the human being. There is another way for a physical ‘being’ to come into existence, one not created by Life. Any consciousness can interact with physical space. The word consciousness refers to a being that exists outside the physical, a non-physical being. This type of being cannot manipulate physicality, although it may seem it can based on its thoughts, the ones produced by its consciousness. While this being’s attention is on its ‘interaction’ with physical space, another consciousness may be attracted to it because it likes what it is thinking and doing. Neither may even be aware of the other, the attraction just pulls them to eachother. Physical space vibrates and responds to their attention on it. Both are looking at this responds thinking they are creating the response with their minds. In this way, they ‘create’ their ‘physical presence’.
The original being sees the physical animated, possibly as a human looking physical presence because that is what they manipulated their thoughts to perceive. In the meantime, physical space is responding on its own, with its own energy. The beings think they control what they are ‘creating’. They are looking at it as if they are it, not as a separate thing. They are both looking at the same physical thing without being aware of eachother. This is because they think alike and are so similar that they think the expression of consciousness, or thoughts of the other are themself.
At the same time, they think the physical response is their thoughts, or ‘consciousness’ energy’s creation, a direct reflection of their intent. It is actually physical space essentially reflecting back to them their consciousness so that they are effectively experiencing their intent on themselves. For instance, if they intend to harm someone by ‘creating’ a physical presence for themselves and inflicting someone else in the physical with it, they are actually experiencing the infliction on themselves, i.e. they have to distort their consciousness in order to perceive this effect of making a hateful face and projecting hate. The only way someone else can be ‘effected’ by this is to be made aware of it. The beings creating it experience it within the core of their being, the victim is just aware of their experience. Their perception, however, as they use their imagination to imagine themselves as their physical projection, then stand by someone, such as a human being and look at their own physical projection, is that the human experiences it. They don’t. Since I’m drifting from the original topic, I’ll get back to awareness (this phenomenon is known as ‘psychic attack, since consciousnesses are attacking humans by trying to create a physical presence next to the human).
The second being is following its ‘spirit’, not even aware of an ‘I’. It is using the awareness of the first being for its ability to perceive. The first being is just expressing itself, not realizing it attracted another being. It feels good because someone else agrees with it and is participating. The being thinks it’s just having fun on its own. This physical presence it generated is known as a ‘construct’. A construct is, to the being, effectively a filter it looks through to create an experience for itself. It is created based upon beliefs and thoughts. The second consciousness being is unaware of itself possibly because it let go of its awareness in order to not experience the hell it was creating. There are unaware consciousnesses that exist, may be perceived to have ‘died’, but they just ‘let go’ because they were nasty beings, but they are immortal. They can return in this way, by being attracted to a similar, like-minded consciousness. But to re-activate self awareness, someone has to interact with it as a separate being. The original being could look at it as separate from itself, but probably never will, because these types are narcissists – they only see themselves.
In the meantime, physical space is essentially attacking the being because the being has created an attack consciousness within itself and put that consciousnesse’s attention onto physical space. The immediate response from the physical is to attack it. The being, using its imagination, actually perceives itself as creating a nasty persona, making faces and a contorted ‘body’ in order for a human or some less dense being to feel like he is contorting his body against his will. All the human or other person has to do is ignore it a physical energy sensation, be confident that ‘God’ is punishing him and that being will end himself to hell.
So any consciousness, or non-physical being that puts its attention on the physical, essentially putting his attention away from awareness of what’s happening within his own reality, can attract other non-physical beings to him. Since his attention is on the physical, he doesn’t know. These others resonate with various likes and dislikes within his consciousness (self). They re-I force like consciousness in this way. He appears, in the physical, to have many constructs within his consciousness. If they animate without his attention, another being is interacting. This being, while having an ‘I’, is completely unaware of what’s happening to it in its own non-physical reality. In his own non-physical reality, he would perceive other people near him, but remarkably, he never looks.
All of the ‘enlightenment’ material being publicized on Earth is for these type of non-physical beings. While the human being is a very physical being. Could the human ever become self-aware and immortal? I don’t see why not. If a non-physical being put its attention into the physical, with full awareness that the physical was separate from itself, it could experience itself as a physical ‘being’ by recognizing that the physical presence was a reflection of its consciousness (thoughts and feelings) but expressing as determined by physical laws and forces not within its control. It realizes the physical presence is not himself in the physical, but the physical responding to his consciousness. A positive consciousness leads to a positive physical presence, but the physical presence is not an accurate representation of the non-physical being. He can only be seen as himself in the non-physical. But the physical presence is perceived as a living, physical being by other ‘physical’ beings. In this way, these types of beings are mortal. They are not created by Life and are not biological, they are consciousness and physical interacting.
Human Life is a mystery as biological scientist will tell you as they hack away at the human form. Because the way the human form is controlled and treated on Earth, it may seem as hell. In these circumstances, they are not self-aware, but are acting as reflections to the consciousnesses interacting with them. Just as in the previous example. If a consciousness imagines itself as the human, taking away the human’s awareness of self and its ability to live life except as a slave, then the effects on the consciousness of the being doing this are negative. The inner ‘conflict’ can only exist because one being is trying to control another. The human life does have consequences which can only be felt by the possessing consciousness after death since he is putting all of his attention into the human’s world and not his own.
Excerpted from ‘A Course in Miracles’:
Consciousness, the level of perception, was the first split introduced into the mind after the separation, making the mind a perceiver rather than a creator. Consciousness is correctly identified as the domain of the ego. The ego is a wrong-minded attempt to perceive yourself as you wish to be, rather than as you are. Yet you can know yourself only as you are, because that is all you can be sure of. Everything else is open to question.
Conceptually, the ‘separation’ referred to can be thought of as our inward turn into our minds, leaving our bodies behind. Our total intelligence would be our minds plus the body where the ‘mind’ as we perceive it is just something that observes thoughts and whatever else it perceives. It cannot think. We are currently existing in a state of not consciously thinking. Conscious thinking would involve understanding the thought behind all of our actions and the fact the we deliberated those thoughts, then decided to take the action. The action is whatever we are doing here. The un-perceived thought came from our non-physical selves. The decision to act on the thought came from our non-physical body/intelligence self that we are not even aware of. Insanity describes this condition.
Earth is a mirror of the non-physical. Our non-physical bodies resemble our Earth type bodies. We are completely disassociated from our non-physical selves and are existing in a form of psychosis, or insanity. We exist within our imagination, completely made up versions of ourselves. Our Earth lives are intended to reconnect us to our non-physical selves. This is the spiritual journey of self-acceptance. Our ‘fall’ was brought about by a rejection of our God given selves in favor of an image of ourselves we create. We cannot walk away into ‘heaven’, reconnected as a sane being u till we fully accept ourselves as we are, not as we wish to be. Until then we are flailing around in a form of insanity and unawareness resulting from the disassociation with our actual selves.
In spiritual vision of itself the soul so grows in strength that its own higher reality becomes discernible, and the body becomes recognizable in its character of a reflected image of this reality

Consciousness is a word many people equate with the physical brain of the human body. But the physical body exists within the consciousness of the being expressing and observing through it. Consciousness is an abstract concept that has not yet been clearly defined. In physics, it is described as consisting of quantum energy. In practical terms, it is seen as life. Where there is the expression of life, there is consciousness. The human body is teeming with life expressing as millions of organisms. This is the result of consciousness expressing in the physical. Where there is consciousness, there is the mind of a being. These beings generates the life force energy that expresses in the physical universe. We see the expressions of life via the consciousness of beings all over Earth. These consciousnesses can be self-aware or not. Some things we know about consciousness: Consciousness always expresses, but is not always aware. Consciousness is the mind of a being. Consciousness exists in every density of reality.
Examples of densities of reality are the non-physical where the spirit exists, the physical universe in terms of energy where our emotions exist, and life on earth where these dense physical bodies and all of our toys exist. When we achieve alignment with our spirit, we become our spirit selves, which are us as people, but not these dense bodies. This is our true self, the self which expresses in a state of joy, of love of life. When we are in alignment with our beliefs, we are aligned with our mind. In this state we express peace of mind as contentment and peacefulness. True happiness is obtained when we align with our beliefs in our minds, as in our actions do not violate our beliefs, and align with our spirit, as in our expression of our personality matches the stirrings of our spirit, our true excitement.
People who focus on aligning with the beliefs contained within their minds are focusing on the part of their consciousness that is focused in the physical universe. The physical universe can be called ‘mindverse’ because this is the realm of thought. Our spirits and consciousness energy are comprised of less dense energy, such as quantum energy, and do not interact with physical energy at all. We interact with physical energy by going into our ‘minds’ or ‘thoughts’ or ‘imagination’ and losing direct awareness of our actual selves. We are beings of non-physical energy, of consciousness. We can can ‘entangle’ and interact with denser energy or other realities by putting our attention on it. Here we are ‘minds’, thoughts, imaginary beings, our personalities created within our minds. Our spirits are our true selves. So people are in this physical reality to explore their imaginations.
Not all people are enjoying this reality as you can tell from the large number of self-help books on how to find happiness and fulfillment. Some have forgotten why they are here and how to disconnect and go ‘home’. Some have corrupted themselves, their spirits, so much, they are fighting a battle for their soul, spirit. They seek God, forgiveness, relief from their pain as they run away into their imaginations. Some love it here. They excel at thinking, imagining, creating. You can perceive here (but still exist where the spirit lives), and love it. The mind can love and be content. These people are mindverse beings. They live as beings in the reality of this physical universe.
The human body can be used as an expression of consciousness for beings who are mindverse beings or spirit beings (beings who do not have a physical presence at all). These beings experience the physical via the human body as if the body is a remote controlled space suit and they are remotely wearing a suit that reads the sensory data from the body. When the body dies, their awareness of the physical ends and they are once again aware of themselves in the non-physical. A mindverse being has a physical energy presence they created with their imagination. They interact with the human body and have a human experience using their imagination. This method means the body is being forced to express with the physical energy of their imagination. A spirit being expresses through the body with their spirit, their true spontaneous selves, not imagined. The mindverse beings are living according to a pre-written script they designed in their imaginations.
The point I’m trying to get to is that there are all types of beings interacting on Earth at any time, all at different stages of evolution. The goal is becoming our non-physical selves aligned with mind and body. A mindverse being is working only within the mind and so is not his whole self. Another type of less evolved being is the emotional being. Emotions are physical energy. The human body can feel the effects of physical energy, which include emotions. Mindverse beings feel physical emotions. Technically they are feeling the energy of physical space as it vibrates due to their thought energy. Their imagination is used to create by effecting physical space. They have physical bodies they imagine, which an be any form since it is imaginary. Human bodies are not creations of our imagination, but someone else’s. An emotion such as sadness is a deliberate expression of a concept or thought. One decides to express this to convey an idea to another, such as, I don’t like that experience. Spirit beings do not experience physical emotions. They are aligned with their spirit in mind and body, so they are essentially expressing the joy of life.
On Earth, we can see the expression of consciousness as life everywhere in many many different forms. If we closely examine the types of life on Earth, we see many beautiful things and terrifying things. Earth expresses the true form of a consciousness, except for humans. We are a part of the consciousness of Earth currently using a form that does NOT reflect our consciousness (state of our being). It was provided for us. Our consciousness, as reflected in astrological signs, such as the Chinese calendar, are matches to a form expressing on Earth, such as goats, beetles, bears, etc. Man is not on the astrological chart. Once our consciousness reflects that of a human, we are enlightened and have integrated within the character traits of humanity. Until we can stand within our own integrity where our consciousness is viewed as a human by another, we are not one yet. We are striving to evolve toward one. We do not interact directly when integrated with these bodies. Our consciousness is buffered by the form. After death, when we interact, we receive impressions of the other that are not affected by a visual representation of a human body that was created by Earth, not us. This impression is our image of them. It could be that of a goat, beetle, bear, etc. because they are not evolved yet to that of a human. Unfortunately, due to our dysfunctional lives on Earth, we may only see images of the Earthly human form, no matter the consciousness because that is what we are familiar with or biased toward. If we are completely honest with ourselves, we could read our impressions of ‘people’ (other consciousnesses which are not necessarily people, just beings) while keeping our biases at bay. We can consider the human form as a tool for the upliftment of a consciousness so that it may evolve.
Animals and insects are consciousnesses that are ruled by their emotions. Humans are disciplined beings that rule their minds, know their minds and deliberately make their choices in life. Lesser evolved beings follow their emotions, are ruled by their temptations and have no character traits or morals. To become a man, you must not be led into temptations. Temptations are the giving in to desires that feel good but betray your spirit. An example is eating. Eating for pleasure, craving things you feel are bad and giving into it because of the pleasure it brings reinforces a lack of discipline and total lack of control over yourself. It results in pain. You want to stop but can’t. Knowing your thoughts that cause this behavior is taking responsibility for your existence. This is evolution. A human, one who is seen as a human within their own consciousness, not as these bodies, takes full responsibility for his/her existence.
I’ll go over examples of traits of different types of consciousness in the next post, including the consciousness of bugs like ticks.
A lot of people, especially kids, are scared of spiders. If you watch what they do in a macroscopic nature video it’s terrifying. They lay a sticky trap, living things get stuck, the spider paralyzes them and cocoons them in webbing until it can feed off their life blood. What’s not to dislike? This is part of the consciousness of the Earth system. The Earth system consists of all consciousnesses interacting here. This includes humans and the consciousnesses expressing the living planet ecosystem. Our co-creation, interactions, are creating very complex and terrifying systems of feeding. The spider is an expression of energy. There is thought that is the cause of the expression, but we are not currently aware of what it is. Humans feed off of the energy of other consciousnesses, which is a co-dependent relationship. We contain this parasitic energy within our consciousness as the entities expressing through human bodies. The bodies themselves are not parasitic or canabalistic. When we express this energy as intensely as we do, we are interacting with the consciousness of the ecosystem in a very negative way. The Earth consciousness, which it has, since life is an expression of consciousness, has an energetic response, or a thought about it. Not necessarily a consciously aware thought, but a subconscious, back of the mind thought. This thought, or these thoughts form beliefs which express, and life on Earth evolves to express it. So Earth contains a lot of predator and parasitic life.
Earth also contains viruses, plagues, skin eating diseases, etc. All seemingly designed to kill humans. There is always something out there. Maybe energy is expressed through natural disasters. Energy that is similar to a human building up ‘steam’ and letting it out. This is an anger type of energy and is the expression of thoughts and beliefs as all physical energy from consciousness is. The human form is meant to help unaware beings become more aware of themselves. These unaware beings abuse this help based system. It is a form of betrayal since all interactions are voluntary. The human interaction is a commitment since it takes death to end it. There are many ways to kill humans on Earth for a reason. Some of the expressions of human consciousness are so vile, that there are parts of Earth so deadly a human can not live there. Maybe this is to keep a peaceful interaction of energy on various spots around Earth to balance the expression of energy (the ability to stay positive and life affirming). Maybe the Earth system would annihilate itself if it did not have this balance.
On to spiders. Spiders are a physical expression of thought and beliefs from the consciousness of the Earth system. It is very symbolic. As beings we are very unaware. We do not know what thoughts or beliefs we are expressing in any moment. Nor what thoughts and beliefs fill our subconscious mind, the part of the mind we are not looking at (paying attention to). Consciousness always expresses because it is alive. So even if we sleep we expressed through dreams. And our bodies move seemingly on their own. We have bodies that are not these human bodies. We are just not aware of them, these human bodies are meant to take us out of our minds, our imagination, our dreams and connect them to our bodies so that we are connected to reality. Our real bodies mimic these human bodies. If we are not aware of our real sense of self, our actual bodies at death, then we go back to our dreams and stay in the mind. Our real bodies feel physical because our consciousness is interacting with physical space, so our sense of self has a physical expression, as in a body.
The spiders web is literally a trap for another expression of consciousness. This is symbolic of the web of lies and deceit we weave to trap others into a specific type of interaction so that we can feed, just as the spider does. People lie about themselves, present themselves as someone they know they are not, such as trustworthy, luring someone, such as their child into a relationship of trust. This relationship is based on a lie and more lies are woven. Lies such as ‘I know what is best for you, trust me.’ The child trusts and you don’t know. He listens, he gets hurt. He trust you as an authority and always turns to you for help. You deceive, presenting yourself as an authority and someone looking out for his well-being while your actions are all designed to get him to turn to you, to love you, to trust you. This is feeding and it is all done to feed off of the child’s loving attention. There is no actual intent of doing what is in the best interest of the child. Only what is in the best interest of the adult. This is an example of the web, the stickiness of convincing a trusting soul who is unaware of how the world works to turn to you. You are the spider. He is caught in a cocoon of lies, desire to trust, not wanting to feel betrayed, wanting to love and be loved and wanting to feel good about himself.
If he watched his interactions as an emotionally detached observer, he would see the reality behind the interactions. People who don’t think consciously, who are unaware of the thoughts and beliefs behind their actions, are unaware beings. They are reacting based on feelings only, such as emotions, mental peace and the illusion of receiving love from the one they are essentially betraying. These type of people feel uneasy and express that instead of understanding the thoughts and beliefs behind their unease. They feel unease because they don’t like what they are thinking or believing. But they don’t consciously look at this. So they become spiders. And the ones unaware of the human system of interaction, such as this feeding, become their victims. Children learn the survival techniques in this parasitic system. But to break free of it and not feed, you have to isolate yourself. If you do not feed someone in an interaction, they will not like you. Some refer to this as feeding the ego. So you need to be able to stand on your own, to be dependent on no one, feed off of no one and be your own source of food. Sustain yourself with positive feedback and belief in yourself. And stand alone. You can stand alone with others like that. In a way you are standing together.
The word ‘mind’ exists because we perceive human bodies with heads that appear to ‘think’. We call this process of thinking, the workings of the mind. According to our beliefs, the human mind observes, comes up with ideas and thinks about things. It also imagines and dreams when asleep. Because of this definition of mind, we are confusing ourselves as to what is actually us, what is the body, and who is doing what. We are interacting with a body that has a brain. The brain translates data we refer to as the five senses. Our consciousness perceives this data via the body. Our consciousness in this context is our awareness. Not our attention. Our awareness. If we focus our attention on something, we appear to lose awareness of ourselves. This is called ‘being in the zone’. Most of us are not paying attention. We are just vaguely aware of our ‘lives’ as if our subconscious mind was observing, not our actual selves, our actual intelligence. When we actually pay attention, we lose awareness of ourselves for that period of time. We become completely aware of what we are paying attention to.
When we pay attention, we are bringing the attention of our actual mind, ourselves, as an intelligence to whatever it is that calls to it. When we are in a state of fear, we are paying more attention to our situation. We are the observer who is just aware of our experiences, but not consciously aware. ‘Back of the mind’ aware. To bring something to conscious awareness, we have to pay attention. Otherwise we forget and it is a passing thought through our observations, our ‘mind’. If we watch our ‘mind’ and let thoughts just come and go without paying them attention, just being aware of them, then we are observing them with the ‘back of our mind’ and will not remember. We will not be conscious of what we just thought. So if these passing thoughts are due to beliefs we hold, then we are not becoming consciously aware of those beliefs because we are not paying attention. We need to be ‘mindful’ and consciously watch what passes through from our ‘subconscious’ in order to figure out what beliefs are controlling our behavior.
We are stuck in habits of interaction due to beliefs which we have accepted. We act in a certain way to express these beliefs and we do so in an automated way because we are not paying attention. If you observe your every interaction and desire and really look at what you are doing or what you feel like you want to do, you will realize that your response to the interaction has already been scripted out. You can feel what you are going to do and you just unthinkingly do it. When you feel an urge, you can check your imaginative mind and actually see, in your imagination, your mind’s eye, what action you feel like carrying out. This is due to what you were thinking in response to something. You can trace this urge back to the cause and think about why you have this response within you. If you don’t do this, you are just reacting in an unthinking way. If your beliefs are working FOR you, not against you, then this is ok. If you are not happy, if you are not aligned with your spirit, then they are not working for you. You need to identify and change them.
Your imagination is a great tool. But only a tool. It is easy to get caught up living within your imagination and never taking action on anything. Taking action brings your thoughts into reality, a real experience. An experience that has consequences. People avoid consequences by staying completely in the imagination, which we identify as the ‘mind’. When you die, your perception of a body disappears and you are stuck in your imagination. Creating a body within your imagination and having imaginary interactions with ‘others’. You have an actual body or self which is an expression of your spirit. This exists independently of physicality. In your imagination you are cutting yourself off from your ‘spirit’. You are the spirit of your self, it is the expression of you as an intelligence. You can feel it when you are excited about something.
The disturbing part about us as consciousness, as beings who are an intelligence expressing, who are consisting of quantum energy currently entangled with physical energy, is that we do not consciously understand how we work. We spend our lives here dissecting the human body to understand, but we are not the human body. The human body is being used to reconnect us to reality becaus, unbelievably, most of us are lost in the labyrinth of our imagination. We are lost in a dream in which our intelligence and spirit are not participating. This is dissociative psycho speak because we are the intelligence and our spirit is us feeling our own expression. But we use the word ‘my’ mind or spirit as if we own it.
We, when not incarnated and not in ‘heaven’, are akin to a human being asleep and dreaming. Our actual selves are inert. Only our awareness is imagining or aware of the physical energy responding to our thoughts and beliefs. We are not consciously aware of this dream. Just as a human being is not lucidly dreaming. The urge to lucidly dream is probably the urge to become consciously aware of your actual self and reconnect with reality. We are carried, in this ‘dream state’, by the energy of physicality in an unthinking state. Our imaginative ‘interactions’ are habits, pre-written scripts in physical memory according to beliefs. Nothing will wake us up so that we can become consciously aware of ourselves unless someone helps us. This human life is someone helping us. The body reconnects to a reality and recognition that we have bodies, ourselves which interact, and are not minds. We are not our imagination.
This human life is as close to reality that anyone can brings us. If we don’t use it to reconnect to our actual ‘body’ (self identification/expression), ourselves as an intelligence expressing its spirit, then we will plunge back into dreamland upon death. Actual people, beings, intelligences can try to communicate with us in our dream state, and they do that here, with humans when they are dreaming. But we just incorporate that into our dreams without understanding the interaction.
This human life ends. The rest is eternity. The choice is now. Ther’s so much information being flooded out there regarding mindfulness. Ther are also, those who want the dream to continue and they feed off of those dreaming. They have an interest in corrupting awareness of the truth. Keeping people asleep and locked in their Storytime, imaginary selves is their agenda. This includes the warping of the concept of mindfulness. Watch and understand your thoughts and actions. Your actions show your beliefs. You can’t imagine this away. A human life is precious. We just need to make the most of this opportunity.
We are perceiving into the physical and our experiences here form our beliefs about ourselves and reality. On Earth we are perceiving the world via the five senses of the body. We have other senses that are part of us, but we are paying attention mostly to just the bodies’ sensory input. The human body exists within our consciousness and the five sense data are perceived by our consciousness awareness through our integration/interaction with the body. Our consciousness is entangled with the body. But the body is inside our minds/consciousness. Our minds are not contained within the head of the body. Our consciousness can perceive other consciousnesses interacting with other bodies. We can tune into this sensory data by paying attention to it.
We are here to reconnect with reality. Unless you are here to help someone reconnect with reality. This Earth experience is not reality, but more akin to a dream because we are looking via some other body supplied by Earth. Our actual bodies are lying dormant as it would for someone in a dream state. We are essentially dreaming, but rather lucidly because we are perceiving ourselves as taking action. We are having experiences that cannot be imagined away. So this life is forcing us out of our imaginations in order to face ourselves and the consequences of our thoughts.
Before incarnating, most were living in a dream state, perceiving their dreams as reality. Creating their own bodies in their dreams based on their mind, not their soul or body. Just like we sleep here. The imagination effects reality because our minds are entangled with the physical in this dream state. Exactly as we imagine in this life, this imagination becomes our reality in the before life/after death state. This could be called limbo. One caught up in a dream, you become lost. The dream is perceived as real. You actually see yourself as your dream self, the body and personality you imagine yourself to be. If you close your eyes and check your mind/imagination for your idea of yourself, your self-image, it is this person you would see as yourself. You would experience this person as your dense, physical self created by you and able to do anything you can imagine doing.
This life takes you out of that state of imagination because these bodies are not created by you. They do not respond to your imagination in the looks department or how they feel. They feel real pain. You cannot imagine that away. Our faces do not change based on our imagination. These bodies do not conform as we are used to imagining. Life is harder, more frustrating because of that. For instance, if you were born ugly, you cannot deceive others by imagining yourself beautiful and presenting that to others who are imagining with you in Limbo. Here, it is your personality that must shine, not your fake self, fake image.
In Limbo, we create ourselves in our own image, not in the image of ‘God’. To create yourself in the image of ‘God’ means to align completely with your spirit and express that mind, body and soul. Not hide in your imagination because you don’t like yourself and need to imagine something better. Someone aligned as their true self can exist outside of the physical universe with their own body, in any form. They can interact with the physical, but they don’t need to. We do in order to deceive ourselves and others so they see a person other than who we truly are.
This life is meant for us to see us as ourselves and learn to accept it. Having to interact with others without being able to hide in our imagination, forces us to see our ugly that we hate so much. If we could just accept ourselves, ugly and all, knowing we can be anything we want to be in reality, not our minds, then we would be in alignment. Then we could stop interacting in the physical and suffering the consequences of it.
Mental health issues are becoming more prevalent because some are being dragged into this life to perceive themselves via these bodies. They are being forced to see their ugly, and worse, for others to see their ugly. And some just don’t want to live. These are the ones who hate themselves, do not want to perceive themselves and would rather die to go back to living in their imagination. This is not something that is acceptable for those whose imaginations are used to hurt others. An example from the last post is someone who has died and gone back to dreamland attacking a human. They are essentially sleeping next to the human, using their imagination to attack the mind and body of the human without any connection to consequences for the demon, but very real consequences for the human.
The human is a consciousness interacting with the physical, and his or her imagination effects physical energy similarly to a demon. Both the human and demon interact via the mind. The torment for the human comes from the fact that the demon refuses to leave him alone and the human is stuck in a life with real consequences. A significant one being that not one person would believe him regarding the source of his suffering. These demons who choose to deceive and stay in a physical dream to attack others are the same people who attack in their human life. They continue the same behavior without the physical consequences because they exist completely in their mind. They have disassociated from their actual body. Here we cannot unless we die or go insane.
Here, we can disassociate from our bodies, which can be called autism or insanity. The insane appear to be sleep walking, where they talk in a rambling way to imaginary people while existing completely in their minds. These people are in a similar state as those who choose to perceive in the physical imagination. Like most here, who are in therapy. After we die, we can imagine our existence and forget our body, our ‘soul’, and lose ourselves completely until someone makes the effort to help you perceive a life through a human form, or we can choose to reconnect to our bodies, our ‘souls’. And walk away in reality. The existence in the imagination is hell. People live there, in the mind only, stalking other minds, which they sense through a ‘feeling-sense’ in the physical, in order to attack. They hate and so they attack. Because we are always expressing. Life is the expression of consciousness. We always express. We can be conscious of what we express, or we can sleep and express hatred. At least you don’t have to be consciously aware of yourself in this state.
If you are here in human form, struggling through life, keep in mind that someone cared enough to give you a chance to reconnect to your soul. Being born isn’t a lottery. Someone is helping. Some may hate God for forcing this upon them. But those are the ones who want to hurt without consequence. They hate seeing the expressions of themselves technically, but in their own minds, they hate others and attack them. Those who help, represent ‘God’ and are attacked by those who don’t want to face reality as well because they were ‘forced’ to incarnate.
This life is a gift or forced consequence. It should be used to prepare for death. Which way are you going to go? Toward reality, yourself or fall asleep into unawareness of yourself, into your imagination? When you interact, keep in mind that everyone is facing this choice. You can tell when the choice has been made before death. You can see it in the eyes of those appear to have no spirit or enthusiasm for life. Not many are embracing life. Most seem to need to be convinced. Many are getting by, but don’t have any conscious awareness of what the purpose to this life is. They just exist. When you die, how do you determine what happens, where you go? You have to be connected to yourself to walk away into reality, ‘heaven’. If you are not consciously aware, then you will most likely fall asleep again. Maybe it will take hundreds of lives, maybe people are going to stop helping people to live as humans. Now is the time to choose. Don’t let the opportunity slip away.
If you take a good look at the human interactions in the world around you, humanity would appear to be psychotic. How can beings be so confounded by their own minds? By the mysterious state of being called ‘happy’? How can we refer to a spiritual concept like a ‘soul’ as if it were not us? We say ‘our soul’, ‘our mind’, not ‘I’ or ‘me’. We are completely disassociated from ourselves. We see ourselves as broken up into pieces. We ‘have’ a soul, we ‘have’ a heart, we ‘have’ a mind. We don’t say, ‘I’ as a complete heart-mind. We might say ‘my mind’, but who are we then? We own a mind, but the mind is not us? We say ‘my heart’ as if the heart is not us? When we say ‘I’, we should feel we are referencing the mind and heart as one, which is us. I am my heart, my soul, and my mind.
Currently, most humans are operating only with a portion of their minds. They are blocking their hearts/souls and most of their mind, which is integrated with the soul in a mind-body system. The heart is generally thought of as the feeling consequences of what the mind thinks. We are beings who have limited our awareness of ourselves, not because we are in human bodies, but because we refuse to listen to our whole being, our heart and mind. If we listened to our innermost thoughts and feelings, we would be listening to who we are. Otherwise, with our attention focussed ‘out there’, we are floating along, ignoring ourselves and living as an actor on the stage of life.
The only reason there are multitudes of books and channelling material out there regarding the topics of mindfulness, meditation and learning to connect with our true selves, is that, here on Earth, in our human forms, we are at a decision point where we need to figure out whether we want to live or die. Here we are experiencing a renewal of selves through our birth and starting over, and we are experiencing the concept of letting go of our existence as ourselves through our death. We experience the permanent loss of loved ones and the completely new idea of ourselves as we re-learn about ourselves without any rememberence of who we were. This is basically a simulation of the real thing.
The real thing happens when we, as eternal beings, walk away from our soul selves, taking only our awareness with us and a minimal capacity to think. We then become minds only, but very limited. By this, we are saying that we do not want to exist as ourselves anymore. We are running away from who we are as our eternal soul selves. We hate ourselves and no longer wish to identify as that being anymore. This is essentially the path of suicidal souls. It is the path of suffering. What led to this path is a refusal to accept oneself for who they are, probably through comparison.
I once read that ‘comparison is violence to the self’. It is what leads one to self-hatred. You should never compare yourself to anyone. It hurts both you and the other by your resentment. And Earth does reflect our eternal soul type of existence because the same minds are creating Earth society and life. What we experience here is a reflection of life as eternal beings. As above, so below. But Earth is like a mental institution for souls wanting to not exist anymore. And there are a lot of care providers that incarnate here to help us out of our psychosis into a state of self-acceptance.
An example of lack of self-acceptance would be someone, who at the very core of their spirit, enjoys solitude. This someone, with their awareness on others who laugh together, maybe thinks a thought like, ‘it would be nice to enjoy company like that’. Then they focu on the ‘other’ and create a desire to be them. In this way, the person begins rejecting his basic preferences which are joyful to him. He has re-defined the group of people laughing as preferable and more joyful. This happens when you are focussed away from your actual self, as in focused in physicality (not necessarily human physicality). So you are not aware of or paying attention to your true feelings. You lose touch with yourself and no longer feel your own energy. This evolves into jealousy, resentment and self-hatred.
The people here on Earth are at an extreme in self-hatred. The simplest, easiest, very short pathway to inner joy, is to fully accept yourself. This leads to absolute honesty with yourself and others. You are then happy. It is so simple, but nobody can do this. Everyone knows this is the joyful path, but refuses to go that way. They take the path of suffering. Instead of going through the hassle of discovering your honest thoughts and feelings, which may involve some embarrassing ones like, ‘I want to kill everyone’, they choose a false sense of happiness through things that enable them to never have to look at their honest selves. Movies, books, alcohol, activities, anything but listening to your innermost thoughts and feelings.
This path of suffering seems to be not suffering, but that is because you are currently in a state of unawareness of yourself, trying to decide whether to be born again or reclaim yourself. When you die, you then face your soul ‘energy’ and mind again. This can be quite painful in a state of self-hatred. You would be experiencing hell. In this state of torment, your mind is basically screaming (which is why we block it) and the soul is in pain, like the biblical depictions which exist for a reason. There is no way out of this state of mind unless you fix your mind, let go of your physical self and ‘die’ or possess another being which humans know as demonic possession. Dying in this state means you, the intelligence at the core of your being, let’s go of all personalities you had, and effectively reboots. This means you will no longer have any soulmates and/or friends because you will no longer be the person they knew. They need to let go of you for this to happen, and you need to let go of them. Many of us have these people helping us in this life. The path of joy retains our relationships with these people. The path of suffering means we start over from scratch after a trip through hell where physical and mental torment forces us to let go of ourselves.
It is worthwhile to look around at society, civilization, human history and religion to understand the theme of humanity. This is not living. This is a recovery center. How long you stay in this cycle depends on how long you avoid making the decision between heaven or hell. Indecision leads to hell. It takes conscious effort to re-align with yourself, once again feeling the joy of being your absolute honest soul self. It just takes a mental effort to think the necessary thoughts and back it up with action. There is a concerted effort to turn the psyche of humanity mostly positive. A positive turn builds positive momentum and motivates more people to choose life.
Look at the movies that are out. What is the human psyche saying? Most movies have a theme built in that tells the story of humanity. The human psyche is reflected in all the things we see in society through tv, books, clubs, hobbies, schools, kids, etc. Really look and notice what the theme is. This is only to ‘awaken’ yourself to why you are here. That is very important. What’s going to happen after you die? Because when you die, you still exist with your own mind and soul.
A note: I think it would be of value to all who participate to add your own perspective in order to build a more complete picture. These are my thoughts I’d like to add.
“There are several different “realms” of consciousness each relating to the “field” of energy in which consciousness operates. As stated previously, humans mainly perceive “reality” via the third realm, which corresponds to day-to-day consciousness as we know it…”
We are curently perceiving reality in the physical universe which can be manipulated by the quantum energy of consciousness to create physical creations. This includes everything from a hammer to a planet or any other astronomical object. The astronomical object may be created more directly with us as consciousness interacting as ourselves in the non-physical. For a hammer to be created, our consciousness imagines it, then we use our physical forms here to create it. Since we are currently expressing as physical creatures, we need to use force and will to create. As non-physical forms, entities, we create more directly with thought.
“The fourth realm is a lower realm as matter becomes more dense. Rather than the ephemeral spiritual realms (second realm and Helios Realm) the fourth realm operates on a downward spiral towards instinctual modes of perception as experienced by animals. Humans, as animals themselves, are influenced by these kinds of impulses…”
A less dense form of matter is created when we, as non-physical beings (our ‘actual’ forms from this perspective which are made of energy different from that of the physical universe, we call non-physical), interact with the physical universe by putting our attention on it. This begins a vibrational resonance of physical energy in response. The vibration is in response to our minds. What’s manifested is due to our actual thoughts. The manifestation of our actual thoughts can be perceived by other beings paying attention in the physical. This is the shared mind in the physical.
Our ‘spirit’, the essence of who we are, at this level, is ‘ethereal’. Our consciousness consists of the expression of our spirit. The human form is a creature of Earth. A life form created by consciousness (a much more aware being) interacting with us. What we perceive as ‘life’ is the energy of consciousness. Something that contains a ‘soul’. A purely physical creation, some thing created in the physical using physical means, such as a human form building a robot, is ‘soulless’. Our consciousness energy is integrated with the physical form in order to perceive with the five senses. The body has a physical presence, we do not. We are interacting with it. Someone else created the form, we influence it.
“The third realm, which predominates in humans, is guided by the DIRECTING FORCE (roughly analogous to will) which is subject to innate THOUGHT PATTERNS. Starting in childhood the directing force “expands” its identity to become the LIMITED SELF, or our personality as we know it.”
Our concept of how human thought works is not clear because it is more complex than the current beliefs. Non-physical souls looking directly into the physical, without a human form, can lose themselves as if they are in a dream. They manipulate physical space from non-physical directly. Our non-physical selves are manipulating physicality using the human form. So they are a less dense physical influence. These beings can interact with us since the human form expresses the energy of consciousness. Any consciousness. This means that another being can interact with any of us and the human form will be expressing both them and us. We wouldn’t know this unless we were very mindful and aware of ourselves.
Also, their physical expressions can be felt by us. We would feel it as emotions, physical pain, or the presence of a being. This level of physical expression is where the ‘Demons’ live. They are the entities that plague the human experience, resulting in much of the suffering humanity experiences. We cannot not feel their emotions if they are intentionally interacting. We can mistake it for ours and be plagued by depression or something we have no reason for, or we can learn to ignore it once we recognize it as not our own. We can only control our own thoughts, not someone else’s expression.
This is where the incessant mind chatter comes from. These beings. Their thoughts feel very physical. Our thoughts, as humans, feel ethereal. We exist in the non-physical, but are experiencing a very physical existence here. The others lost in their dreams are acting out their dreams sometimes by influencing humans. They can look through our eyes and see themselves as us. This would mean there is a being acting as if he is you, having emotional responses, and you would feel dense, physical energy within you. A human unplagued by these beings should feel very light and move very easily. If movement seems forced, then there is denser energy around you. All of our energetic effects are within the human form, not the physical space within and around it.
Our limited selves are created by the stories we tell ourselves. We create an idea of ourselves which becomes our personality. A real human naturally expresses without thinking about it. Meaning the body just seems to move without us thinking about it because it is expressing our consciousness. Our arms move without thinking because we had an impulse to reach for something. If you imagines the arm to move, this would be another being looking through you, imagining itself to be you and thinking about the arm moving. If you imagine your form, this would be someone else who has to work hard to imagine itself as you. Mindfulness can help to recognize this. One of these beings may be reading this, thinking it is you because it is possessing you, dreaming itself as someone else and acting itself out in your life.
This is why humanity is so messed up. Why the same explanations do not apply to everyone, and why there is so much suffering. The humans are suffering. They are the ones with all of the explanations for how to be loving and happy. These explanations are for the beings plaguing humanity that are asleep. They are the ones in an illusion. We, the humans are the ones in a very real experience because this is our form, our experience, our world we are directly perceiving. They are looking at our minds and perceptions and trying to make it theirs. All of the chanellings, like Abraham Hicks, Bashar, etc, are for these beings to get them to understand they are asleep. The Bible, affectations for God, we are suffering material are for the humans bearing the burdens of these beings. That is why the term ‘human spirit’ exists. The humans are the positive human spirits uplifting these negative beings. They are negative because they are running from themselves into the physical to create a new persona. This is done to escape the pain of their ‘soul’ selves that hurt from self-hatred and betrayal of self. They react emotionally only to feel better.
This is where the concept of hell comes from. In order for them to leave their dreams state, they need to be able to face themselves, or be themselves once again. That means a ‘life review’ where they understand what they have done to hurt others which hurt themselves. This is why religion exists. Why suffering exists. Why Earth can feel like a prison to those burdened by these beings. There is no motivation for them to stop plaguing humanity. So much effort is being put forth now to understand reality via mindfulness, actual explanations via Bashar and quantum physics, etc. it’s an attempt to correct the misconceptions of how reality works to,these beings. Otherwise, an unplagued human is directly connected to their own heart, intuition and energy. These beings block us from feeling our own energy.
I’ve deviated a bit from the initial topic, but that’s how it goes. Follow where the subject leads. I think Tom has great insights at his website. It triggers pathways of thought, such as my deviation here. Please contribute your own understanding.
“I don’t believe in bedtime stories…” from the new Peter Pan
If you are not aligned as your true self, then you are living a bedtime story. A story you are creating within your imagination. Aligned as true self means you are not consistent in mind and soul body. If you were, you would be at peace and having a joyful experience. This would be because you are listening to your spirit, your deepest desires and following them. Otherwise, your mind is doing its own thing regardless of what you feel in your heart, your connection to your spirit and soul body.
The mind does its own thing when you, the intelligence doing the thinking, are cut off from ‘source’, from your soul body, essentially the rest of your mind and its connection to consciousness and the energy of life. This connection allows you to receive data, information intuitively. There very little need to think, figure out or mull over things.
Here, in these bodies, most of us are ‘cut off’. We can be connected while our awareness is focussed on these bodies. We are cut off due to our own efforts. And the dream, or story, we are creating is more of a nightmare. If you are not in love with your life, experiencing the joy of being, you are cut off. This dream is a negative experience. This applies to just about all of humanity.
We are desperately creating stories in our mind as we try to ‘figure’ things out and make ourselves feel better. After all, we are supposed to be joyful beings. And our minds are in overdrive, compensating for the detachment from our connection to life. If we turn our minds off, and say, ‘I don’t need to create a story anymore’, and just start observing our experiences, you may just realize a few things. We are insane, life here is absurd and a lot of effort goes into thinking our lives into being. Just let life come to you. Observe it. Understand why that experience happened, all in observation mode. This is the point of mindfulness.
If you really pay attention, you will observe that before you do anything, you have already scripted, in your mind, what is about to take place. How you are going to act, feel or speak. You have set a pre-determined pathway that you just follow mindlessly. There is no spontenaity. Your joyful existence is spontaneous, not thought through, and synchronous. Letting go of your mind’s bedtime stories allows you to experience this spontenaity once again. This feeds your spirit. Paying attention to your spirit leads you back to your actual soul self.
Most beings on Earth are receiving help of some sort from others who are trying to help you reconnect to your spirit and start expressing as your true self. That is what the ‘follow your highest excitement’ is all about. If you feel yourself moved by anything, express it. Don’t hold it within in order to ‘compose yourself’ or present yourself as a particular persona. This is your tragic story of yourself.
There are not a lot of people following their spirit, or highest excitement, because that would completely disrupt society and families. We are caught up in the stories of morality, obligations, duty and fear of expressing ourselves honestly in case of rejection or offense. For each person that suddenly just starts following their spirit, there may be initial chaos in their lives. Their families may be effected in what appears to be a negative way, but following joy is never negative. Every single person benefits from the company of a joyful person. A parent may be inspired to leave their family for something else and their kids would benefit because their parent would be demonstrating to them what life is about – following your joy. And they would no longer have to be under the thumb of an unhappy person.
We are not on Earth because this is what life is. Not because this is the only experience to be had and when we ‘die’ we are ethereal ‘spirits’ that float upward to ‘Heaven’ and simmer in eternal bliss. The ‘spirits’ are actual beings that are individuals of a different energy state and are blissful because they follow their joy. If you deny yourself your ‘spirit’, your joy, then when you ‘die’ by detaching from the human body, you will still have your story obsessed mind trying to figure out how to find happiness. You will be caught up in your imagination, still cut off from your spirit and the energy of life.
This Earth life is meant to enable us to recognize ourselves by actually seeing the expression of our mind and feeling the spirit of our soul selves. We can use this life to realign our minds with our heart. This denser body is actually a more spiritual experience than the state we are in without these bodies. The physical energy, vibrations, resulting from the interaction of our consciousness, thoughts, mind with physical space is buffered by the bodies. We express the energy as physical experience, such as tears when crying. Without the bodies, we would not know if we were crying unless someone looked at us and knew what that physical energy represented. This after death state applies to all who are not aligned with their true self because the self they are then experiencing is their false, story time self. A self consisting of their awareness looking at and experiencing the physical vibrational energetic effects of their thoughts instead of their actual soul self. This means they are not aware of their actual self that consists of energy not of the physical universe. Like a diver using a remote diving device in a virtual reality kind of way, who is aware of the underwater world and his interaction with it, but forgetting his actual body exists outside of the water.
All of the material things to interact with on Earth are created to distract us from the realization that we are not happy, not living in joy. We are now creating virtual reality devices to runaway from this false reality, which we are in because we have run away from our actual, honest-to-God true self reality. So we can lose awareness of this reality, while living in it. The only saving grace, and this is for our benefit, is that the body eventually dies. This is essential. Otherwise we would be stuck in our nightmare for eternity, never finding our way back home.
If you are suddenly moved by your true essence, your spirit, while experiencing something, there may be another person, being, there aligning with you in support of your reconnection to joy. They would be unseen by you because you are focussed externally into this material world. But you could perceive them by going inward and using your consciousness, which can sense beings that are interacting with you, but exist as their actual self outside of physicality. The part of you they are interacting with would be your actual self exisiting in the same non-physical reality as they are. You are just not aware of it. Follow this energy and see where it leads.
Let’s say when your experience here on Earth is at an end, you would prefer to continue on to heaven instead of repeating a life here, or God forbid, being tormented by your own mind in hell. Just remember that everything is a state of mind. That no matter where you go, there you are. But everything you experience is very real. Our existence is determined by our experiences.
So now you want to experience Heaven. Which is not so much a place, but a state of being. A shift in perspective. But to get this shift in perspective, you need an open mind and an accepting heart. To talk about a plan to get to heaven, we need a model or concept of reality to give us context.
Let’s say that as human beings, here on Earth, we are a being looking through a body created by the communion of our consciousness with the consciousness involved in maintaining all life on Earth. We are a soul, a spirit looking out of the eyes. Our consciousness expresses through the body because the body is responsive to consciousness. Meaning our subconscious mind, which is our actual mind we are not paying attention to, expresses itself as gestures, feelings, and expressions in the body. These bodies are meant for us to be able to see ourselves, our subconscious selves, our whole soul selves in order to be aware of our own minds.
What is it you express when not paying attention. This is what mindfulness addresses. What is the expression on your face when not looking? What is it you are feeling and why? The body is expressing your actual self, your honest self, the self that is you that exists when you are not paying attention to the stories you make up in this physical life. We cover this honest expression up with intentional attitudes and presentations to the world of who we prefer to be seen as. This is the ego. An identity we create, we design to present to others. If no others existed, there would be no reason for this. So our value of the judgement and opinions of others is more important than being our true selves.
Step 1. To get to Heaven: Be your honest to God true self regardless of what others think, especially yourself.
This is important because you are creating story time you because you fear the opinions of others regarding real you. You don’t like yourself as yourself. So by creating a false persona, you perpetuate the problem of not liking yourself. And to be honest, you are hiding yourself based on the opinions of others who are hiding themselves. That seems kind of crazy.
So to come into alignment with your soul self, align your mind with your heart. This means not betraying yourself. Listen to your innermost spirit, the part of you that resides in Heaven, and your mind. Your body should be at complete peace, even joy, if they both align.
Step 2. To get to Heaven: Align your mind with your heart to feel at peace.
There should be no conflict within your mind or felt within your body. If your mind is filled with thoughts, these thoughts are arising from conflict. Your heart disagrees with your mind. If your body feel discomfort or stress, you are not in alignment. It seems strange to talk of ‘your heart’ or ‘your mind’ which in a sane world seems like it should be one, or the same thing. Bringing yourself into alignment is getting in touch with your ‘spirit’. Your actual self that exists in a reality outside of physicality, in a different energetic state, where your being is essentially a heart-mind. You are still a being, just not a dense physical one.
Remember that everything we experience here on Earth, every story, every religion, every relationship is a representation of actual interactions that apply at other levels of reality, even Heaven. Our spirit self, which is the essence of who we are, which is actually who we are, which is a real being, has the same intelligence we bring to this reality. It is only our perception that has changed in order to experience a different density of existence. So going back home, to Heaven, is a shift in perception.
Step 3. To get to Heaven: Open your mind to the idea that you are a being that can shift your perceptions by focusing your awareness, or attention into different density levels.
This human experience occurs in a very dense level of physical energy. It’s so dense that you can use your mind, or imagination (which is what we are using to tell our human stories), to move a human body, pick up something and throw it, break it, hurt your body. It is a mortal density where energy is subject to chaotic forces and decay. Things break down. Your spirit, your desire to experience this determines how quickly.
If you, as a spirit, are not filled with the joy of living, the consciousness that your are communing with feels that and the body slowly dies. This is because life is aligned with joy. Consciousnesses in alignment are aligned with joy. They will remove their attention from experiences which are negative. That includes the life force of the body.
When you begin to think of yourself as someone who is focusing their attention here so that you are very aware of Earth and your experience in the body, you will also begin to recognize within yourself that you exist after this experience. This is just an experience. Your intelligence that is here reading this is the same intelligence that remains after this experience is over. If you know this within your being, then, at the time of the death of the body, you will realize you are experiencing a shift in perception. No longer seeing with body eyes, but with your very own equivalent of eyes in your very own equivalent of a body. Because these bodies are not ours, they are borrowed. We have our own and we will shift perspective back to it.
If you have this knowing within you and you have mastered the other steps, the you will be in alignment with yourself and in a good place. You will feel your spirit as yourself, drawn by the natural inclination of your spirit self to align with a joyful experience. This will take you to heaven.
In a previous post I mentioned how each one of us is always connected to loved ones that we knew once as our spirit selves in Heaven (see http://bit.ly/1diJtSk). Our honest selves, our true spirit selves, can communicate with them just by letting your true feelings express. Like letting your heart sing. If you real fear or a negative emotion, this is due only to a belief, to your state of mind. Know this, that the problem is not external and have faith that your heart is heard. This is the idea of faith in God and yourself. Faith in God is faith is all beings of spirit and faith in yourself is faith in this connection. That you are only alone if you disconnect. Once disconnected, you are only able to keep company with physical beings that may not be able to hear you or care to.
Step 4: To get to Heaven. Practice faith. Faith replaces fear. Fear keeps you from Heaven.
Good luck. Any additional thoughts, please share.
